Refund policy

1. Change of Mind - easy 30day returns ON ACCESORIES. We are unable to accept returns of bars, so please choose carefully.

For 30 days after your order we'll accept returns based on change of mind for any reason. You can send your return back to us at:

The Block Dock c/- Recycle South, 28 Ettrick Street, Invercargill 9810, New Zealand. 

Please also send an email to clare@theblockdock.com letting us know to expect it. If you'd like to tell us why, we would appreciate it.

We'll refund your purchase price excluding shipping as soon as we receive it.

 

2. Product Fault Issue

As a New Zealand seller in trade we are committed to our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

We guarantee our products will:
- Be of acceptable quality (Do what they are made to do; Are acceptable in appearance and finish; Are free from minor defects; Are safe and durable).
- Be fit for a particular purpose that you asked about.
- Match the description given in advertisements or sales brochures, or by the sales assistant.
- Match the sample or demonstration model.
- Be owned by the consumer, once purchased.
- Be a reasonable price.
- Be delivered within a reasonable time after purchase.

We ship our products with NZPost. Their system should automatically send a tracking number to you. If you don't receive one or there is an issue with delivery, please email me at clare@theblockdock.com.

If there is an issue with your product when it arrives, please contact me straight away at clare@theblockdock.com. We'll do our best to quickly resolve any issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed. Shipping relating to defective products will be reimbursed by Better by Bar.

If a refund is made a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days. There can be a delay by the credit card company/bank in the funds being returned to you. If it hasn't arrived please contact your bank in the first instance. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at clare@theblockdock.com
